The following applies to all tickets purchased direct from Go Whale Watching:
In the event that Go Whale Watching cancels a tour due to unsuitable weather, vessel breakdown or other unforeseen issue tickets purchased direct from Go Whale Watching will receive the option to reschedule their ticket to a later date or a full refund. Tickets purchased via an agent or third party are subject to the agent or third parties terms of purchase.

If the ticket holder wishes to cancel their ticket the following applies:

Cancelations within 24 hours of the booking departure will receive no refund.
Cancelations within 48 hours of the booking departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancelations more than 48 hours prior to the booking departure receive a refund of 80%.
There is no refund for Gift Vouchers purchased.
Tickets purchased via an agent or third party are subject to the agent or third parties terms of purchase.

The following applies to all tickets purchased directly from Go Whale Watching:
In the unfortunate event that no whales are sighted on one of our Sydney tours then another complimentary Return tour is offered. This return tour is valid for the current season only. With the exception of tours in November where if no whales are sighted a – complimentary Return tour will be offered for the following season. A refund DOES NOT apply if no whales are sighted on your tour. There is no refund for people traveling on a Free Return tour.
