The following applies to all tickets purchased direct from Go Whale Watching Sydney:
In the event that Go Whale Watching Sydney cancels a tour due to unsuitable weather, vessel breakdown or other unforeseen issue tickets purchased direct from Go Whale Watching Sydney will receive the option to reschedule their ticket to a later date or a full refund. Tickets purchased via an agent or third party are subject to the agent or third party's terms of purchase.
Rescheduling your booking:
We understand that your plans might change. For your convenience if you book direct, you will be able to reschedule your own booking via the link on your booking confirmation email up until 24 hours prior to your departure time. You may also phone our booking office and do this over the phone. No rescheduling is permitted within 24 hours of your booking departure time.
If the ticket holder wishes to cancel their ticket the following applies:
The following applies to all tickets purchased direct from Go Whale Watching Sydney:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking departure will receive no refund.
Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the booking departure receive a 100% refund.
There is no refund for Gift Vouchers purchased.
Tickets purchased via an agent or third party are subject to the agent or third parties terms of purchase.
Whale Sighting Guarantee*
The following applies to all tickets purchased directly from Go Whale Watching Sydney:
In the unfortunate event that no whales are sighted on one of our Sydney tours then another complimentary Return tour is offered. This free return offer is valid for three years. It is intended for your use only and is not transferable or refundable. A refund DOES NOT apply if no whales are sighted on your tour. There is no refund for people traveling on a Free Return tour.
