Today was a little jumpy in the afternoon ๐๐ and a mini mugging, with some super close encounters, in the morning ๐ The morning duo we chose to track played a game of humpback hide and seek which has everyone guessing. Adventure No2, the midday cruise, took the team a little wider to the south, after seeing a couple of splashes we took a closer look. We witnessed a few cool breaches and head lunges on approach finishing the day with a couple of close jumps before we headed back to base, a good day ๐ Next adventures tomorrow Tuesday 08th July - 10am & 1:15pm please check our website for availability throughout the week Book online at https://gowhalewatchingsydney.com.au/ or ring the office direct: 02 6495 1686Button

Sunday whale watching on the Tasman sea is about as good as it gets๐ The weather was perfect and the whales were travelling the humpback highway in good numbers ๐๐๐๐ We saw about 12 separate pods throughout the day with a pretty cool tail display on one of our midday cruises and plenty of close encounters on all of our 3hr whale adventures ๐ Our Sunday whales were all displaying very similar behaviour patterns except on the final cruises of the day when their behaviour became a little less predictable as a huge storm approached from the west. During the day the team spotted a couple of distant splashes a little wider to the east and some cool breaches way to the north. No major acrobatics up close today on what was a beautiful sunny Sydney Sunday โ๏ธWe ended the day with a very impressive lightening display as we came down the harbour lighting up the bridge and the city skyline. A super Saturday on the Tasman sea enjoying beautifully calm conditions with multiple pods tracked through the day ๐๐๐The team tracked a couple of whales during the morning cruise as they quickly made their way to the north showing all onboard Bubbles and Explorer plenty of “up time” showing some beautiful markings as they made their hump up dives๐ The midday cruise conditions remained the same with the ocean taking on a very glassy and dreamy feel ๐ Our two vessels chose different whales to track, both pods contently making their way north, displaying a few pretty cool tail throws as they continued their long migration. The sunset ๐ adventure took Bubbles and Explorer to the east as we caught up with a competition pod of seven, zig zagging to the left and right as the sun painted the sky a wonderful pallet of reds and oranges to finish a sublime day watching this amazing migration ๐ We still have a few places available on our sunset cruise which is our favourite time to be out on the ocean๐ ๐ Next adventures Sunday 06 July - 8:30am, 11:45am & 3pm Book online at https://gowhalewatchingsydney.com.au/ or ring the office direct: 02 6495 1686Button
